Quattro Residential South Hedland was a design and construct project consisting of 75 dwellings and three commercial spaces in South Hedland. The dwellings consist of fifty-five residential town houses and twenty apartments in a three-storey building as well as two retail/cafe tenancies and commercial office space. Whitehaus completed construction documentation on this project after assisting Jaxon Construction with securing the project through a competitive tender process.
