St George’s College Extension

Location: Crawley, WA.                                        
The Ruth Rodgers Wing is a new 4 level addition to the St Georges College student accommodation facility for students attending the University of Western Australian.  It consists of an additional 45 ensuite rooms and includes shared common facilities, new office space and a dedicated reception space.

Whitehaus was engaged in a design and construct contract roll with Jaxon Construction for the project and offered a comprehensive and efficient documentation service in addition to a series of 3d visual walkthroughs and renders to help both the client and builder with the visualization of key spaces and details throughout the structure.

With continued contract administration and a high level of support throughout the construction stage, Whitehaus helped contribute towards a successful final product and timely completion date.
