This concept design was developed as part of a feasibility exercise for the construction of a 2000m² office building for the Winun Ngari Aboriginal Corporation. The intent was to save long term ongoing costs for the corporation by centralising the range of services provided under the corporation and currently distributed in tenancies around town. The facility shall also provide space for other not for profits providing a range of services in a one stop shop. The relationship between and navigation to these facilities, staging program and effect of the local climate, has led to an outcome that has a campus-like arrangement with separate buildings set around cool central courtyards
